Friday 10th December - Animal Rights Vigil for International Animal Rights Day

On Friday 10th December, a variety of activitists, aged 2 (well that was someone's dog) to 84, remembered the billions of animals killed each year for meat, vivisection, entertainment, blood sports, etc.

We had a stall with candles, leaflets and petitions, and some very graphic pictures, which turned heads and encouraged people to think about animal cruelty.

Well done to all of those who braved the cold and gave up the first part of their Friday evening to join us!
